Description
The dessert is simple and quick to prepare. Let's make a birthday cake at home for a 15-year-old girl. Shape a shortcrust pastry base in a springform pan. Mix cherries with sugar, sour cream, and cottage cheese, then add gelatin. Pour this mixture over the pastry base and place the cake in the refrigerator for 5 hours to set. Mix cherry juice with sugar and gelatin, then pour it over the cake and wait for it to set. Immediately decorate the cake with cherries and pour the remaining jelly on top. Place the cake back in the refrigerator; after 2-3 hours, the cake will be ready. The dessert is done. Serve it at the table.
