Cake for a 13-year-old girl's birthday
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Try making a birthday cake at home for a 13-year-old girl. The dessert preparation process is quite labor-intensive; however, the result exceeds all expectations. The cake turns out incredibly beautiful, multi-layered, and most importantly—loved by the child! Good luck. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, pour one glass of cold boiled water over the gelatin.
- 2
Step 2

Now beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 3
Step 3

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
- 4
Step 4

Combine the eggs with the flour and cappuccino mixture. Mix until smooth.
- 5
Step 5

Line a springform pan with parchment paper, pour the batter into it. Bake the sponge cake in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
- 6
Step 6

Meanwhile, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and sugar in the blender bowl. Mix everything until smooth.
- 7
Step 7

Wash the strawberries (150 grams), remove the stems, and cut them into quarters. Add the berries to the cottage cheese-sour cream mixture, along with gelatin that has been melted over a water bath. Mix well.
- 8
Step 8

The cooled biscuit base should be placed back into the springform pan. Put parchment paper underneath it, making sure the edges of the paper separate the biscuit from the sides of the pan. Cut the remaining strawberries in half and arrange them in a circle, pressing them against the sides of the pan (as shown in the photo).
- 9
Step 9

On top, carefully spread the cottage cheese mixture and smooth it out evenly. Be careful not to damage the strawberries. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
- 10
Step 10

Melt the chocolate over a water bath, then mix it with warm cream.
- 11
Step 11

After 15-20 minutes, when the cottage cheese layer has set, cover the top of the cake with icing. Place in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
- 12
Step 12

After 2 hours, carefully remove the springform ring and parchment paper. Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries and mint.
