Cake for a 12-year-old girl's birthday
Description
Here is a simple recipe for a birthday cake for a 12-year-old girl. I bought the cake sponge from the store, as I didn't have time to make it myself (although you can easily try making it from scratch). If desired, you can replace the cherries with other berries or fruits. Good luck! The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Thaw the cherries and remove the pits.
- 2
Step 2

Now, using a blender, turn the cherries into purée.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the resulting puree with condensed milk.
- 4
Step 4

Melt the butter, then mix it with cherries and condensed milk.
- 5
Step 5

Spread the biscuit layers with cream (all except the top one) and assemble the cake.
- 6
Step 6

Heat the cream, then add the white chocolate to it. The chocolate should melt and the mixture should thicken.
- 7
Step 7

Following the instructions on the package, prepare the jelly.
- 8
Step 8

Cover the top and sides of the cake with the cooled icing. Place the container with jelly into hot water for 1-2 minutes, then turn it out onto a plate and cut into pieces. Decorate the top of the cake with pieces of jelly.
- 9
Step 9

Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
- 10
Step 10

Done!
