Delicious baked treat for the whole family. A simple and tasty cake perfect for a festive table. This recipe can be used not only for 10-year anniversaries, but for any family celebration—just experiment with the decoration. So, let's get started: 1. Beat eggs with sugar, add half of the butter, honey, and baking soda. Mix well and place over a water bath. Stirring constantly, cook until the mixture doubles in volume. 2. Remove the mixture from heat, add flour, knead the dough and let it cool under plastic wrap. 3. Divide the dough into portions and roll out into layers 4-5 mm thick. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the layers for 5-7 minutes. 4. I didn't want to bother making cream, so instead I used a can of regular sweetened condensed milk. Spread the layers with condensed milk. 5. Melt chocolate and the remaining butter over a water bath. Use this mixture as a glaze and cover the cake with it. 6. Decorate as desired and serve. The cake is perfect for celebrations and can be served with tea or coffee.
