No-bake cake
Description
I present to you a classic no-bake recipe for the "Ball" cake. You'll need ready-made biscuit layers; if you wish, you can make them yourself. The finished cake must freeze thoroughly so that it doesn't fall apart when flipped. I hope everything turns out well for you. Good luck! Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the prunes and chop them. Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold water.
- 2
Step 2

Beat the sour cream with sugar, then add the prunes.
- 3
Step 3

Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath (do not boil), then add it to the sour cream cream, mix well, and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Cut the cake layers into pieces, leaving one layer whole.
- 4
Step 4

From the whole cake layer, cut out a circle.
- 5
Step 5

Line the cake pan with foil, place the pineapple ring in the center, and arrange the remaining pineapple slices around the edges.
- 6
Step 6

Place a portion of the set cream in the center.
- 7
Step 7

On the cream, place pieces of sponge cake.
- 8
Step 8

Alternate the cream and biscuit layers until the mold is filled. Place the cut biscuit layer on top.
- 9
Step 9

Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once thoroughly chilled, remove it from the mold and place it on the table upside down, with the pineapples facing up. Remove the foil.
