
10-Minute Cake
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Making an “Anthill” cake in 10 minutes is very easy. The dessert works for a family tea party, a festive table, or when unexpected guests arrive. If you like, you can add any nuts, raisins, or chocolate chips as a filling. Either way, it will taste great! Serve this tempting treat with a cup of bold coffee or a mug of hot, fragrant tea. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Crush the cookies by hand or any other convenient way into fine crumbs. I crushed them in batches in a blender.

It is important that you end up with not only fine crumbs but also large pieces.

Combine sour cream, boiled condensed milk, and room-temperature butter. Whisk. The cream is ready.

Combine the cookies and cream. Optionally, you can add any nuts. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a flat plate, shaping it into a mound, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours. The “Anthill” cake is ready. You can decorate the dessert with poppy seeds, nuts, chocolate, or any other toppings you like.
