Delicious baking for the whole family. Here is a simple recipe for "Mosaic" cake, and right now I'll tell you. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. For the preparatory stage, prepare 4 different types of jelly. Separately, also dissolve the gelatin as directed on the package.

2. Now place the base layer into the mold. In my case, it's a layer of crackers mixed with banana, but you can also use any firm fruits.

3. Mix the sour cream, yogurt, and sugar well, then gradually add the diluted gelatin to this mixture. Stir.

4. Place the fruits, crackers, berries, and the already prepared jelly, cut into cubes, on top of the cake base. Pour the sour cream mixture over everything.

5. Then let the cake chill in the refrigerator until it sets completely.
