Milk Girl cake with bananas
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Choose the diameter of the cake layers as you prefer. The smaller the diameter, the more layers you will get and the taller the cake will be. It is best to make layers 18–20 cm in diameter. You will end up with 7–9 layers. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To make the cake, prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose condensed milk from a trusted manufacturer.
- 2
Step 2

To make the dough, melt the butter slightly until it is soft. Mix the butter with condensed milk.
- 3
Step 3

Then mix the eggs into the dough.
- 4
Step 4

Add baking soda to the dough and gradually add sifted flour, mixing it into the dough. You may need slightly more or less flour than the recipe states. Judge by the consistency of the dough.
- 5
Step 5

The prepared dough turns out not runny, but also not too thick.
- 6
Step 6

On a sheet of parchment paper, draw a circle of the required size.
- 7
Step 7

Turn the sheet over and spread the dough in a thin layer to the required diameter. Bake the layer for 2–3 minutes at 180°C. The layers bake very quickly!
- 8
Step 8

Place a sheet of parchment between the finished cake layers so they don't stick together.
- 9
Step 9

To make the cream, whip half of the cream, the cheese, and the powdered sugar.
- 10
Step 10

Mash the bananas with a fork. To keep them from browning, you can sprinkle them with lemon juice. Mix the mashed bananas with the cream.
- 11
Step 11

Spread each layer with banana cream. Do not soak the layers. Thin layers will absorb moisture from the cream.
- 12
Step 12

Apply the cream to all the layers. To give the cake its shape, wrap it in acetate film and fit a cake ring. Press down the top layers and spread them with cream. Refrigerate the cake overnight. It will set and absorb the flavors.
- 13
Step 13

When you remove the ring and plastic wrap from the cake, it will be level and smooth. For leveling and finishing the outside, whip the second portion of the cream.
- 14
Step 14

Cover the cake with frosting on the sides and on top. Decorate as you like. Refrigerate the finished cake for another 3–6 hours so the outer layer sets.
- 15
Step 15

Serve the finished cake at the table.
