    Whisk the condensed milk with the eggs until smooth.

    Add the flour and baking powder and mix well until no lumps remain.

    Take a sheet of tracing paper and carefully draw a circle on it. Place 2 tablespoons of the prepared dough in the center of the circle and spread it with a spoon within the outlined circle.

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the crust in the oven and bake for no more than 2 minutes. As soon as it turns golden brown, remove it right away. Cool the finished crusts directly on the paper; only once they have cooled, remove them from the paper.

    Meanwhile, while the cake layers are cooling, let's prepare the cream. To do this, mix the cream with powdered sugar. Stir with a spoon for 4–5 minutes. Don't overdo it—the consistency should be cream, not butter.
