Honey cake with prunes
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The distinctive feature of such recipes is the large number of layers, unlike sponge cakes. Here, the dough is typically made choux pastry, using a double boiler. For serving, decorate the pastry creatively—for example, make bees out of chocolate. But first, check that the pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
