Cake

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. Combine sugar, eggs, butter, flour, and baking soda, then mix. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a sausage shape and divide into equal pieces. Form them into flat rounds. Slightly roll out the rounds (but not too much, so the dough doesn't tear). Place a round into a well-oiled frying pan and gently stretch it by hand to the edges. Bake the layers in the oven over medium heat. For the cream: beat butter and condensed milk. Optionally, finely chop nut kernels and add them to the cream. Assemble the cake: spread the cream over the baked layers and stack them. Decorate the finished cake to your taste.
