Cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The cake consists of biscuit layers soaked in a light sour cream cream. The taste of the finished dessert and its simplicity win you over from the very first bite. If desired, you can add berries or fruits between the layers (as well as on top). This dessert requires a long soaking time, so be patient. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I put the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds, then take it out and mix it with condensed milk. I add eggs, baking soda activated with vinegar, and gradually sift in the pre-sifted flour in portions, mixing until no lumps remain. Then I divide the dough into 3 parts.

Step 2

2. Bake each part separately in a preheated oven at 170 degrees (for 15 minutes).

Step 3

3. Place sour cream and granulated sugar into the mixer bowl, beat until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

Step 4

4. Divide the cream into 3 parts (for spreading on each biscuit layer). As soon as the first layer is baked, I take it out of the oven and gradually spread the cream over it (while it's still hot) so that the cream is absorbed.

Step 5

5. I do the same with the other two layers, stacking them all on top of each other.

Step 6

6. I decorate the top of the cake with poppy seeds and grated chocolate. Then I put it in the refrigerator overnight for thorough soaking.
