Mannik Cake
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. To make the semolina cake rise and become fluffy, I recommend preparing it with kefir and adding baking soda (or baking powder). The baking soda will react with the kefir, making the dough lighter and airier. You can make the cake without flour, but in my opinion, the batter will be too runny. By the way, you can bake several thin layers from this batter without filling and create a large layered cake with cream. Serve with tea or coffee.
