Cake
Description
The key to a leopard cake is the colors! You can reduce them to just two. White frosting and chocolate glaze are enough to create a leopard skin pattern. But if it's a children's surprise, it's better to use a wider range of colors. Trust us, kids will appreciate it.

Step 1

To make the dough, I use a blender. If you don't have one, you can use a mixer instead. The principle is the same. I beat the eggs with 400 g of sugar and 350 g of milk. Then I add sifted flour. Next, I incorporate 200 g of softened butter, vanilla, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. After blending, the mixture looks like this.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 7 equal parts. We will mix 6 of them with food coloring, leaving one part uncolored. Place a portion of the dough into a greased pan. Spread it evenly over the entire surface. On the light-colored "cake layer," create a dark-colored spiral. Then make a pink circle, an orange one, and so on. On top of the colored circles, spread a layer of the uncolored dough.

Step 3

Place the cake layer in the oven to bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes. Repeat this process to make several layers similar to the first one. If you enlist a child to help, the process will take less time, and the child will be delighted!

Step 4

Now take the ready-made cake layers and cut them into 3 equal parts. Prepare the cream. Beat condensed milk, butter, and sugar with vanilla. Add colors to the cream just as you did with the batter: 6 different colors and 1 uncolored. Use the uncolored cream to spread the inner part of the cake layer.

Step 5

Place the cake layers on top of each other on a nice plate. Start decorating our leopard cake with colorful icing. Layer by layer, make circles around and on top of the cake. The finishing touch—black leopard spots!

Step 6

This is how the cake looks when sliced. Kids will squeal with delight! Try a piece yourself. A bright dessert for a children's party!
