Instructions

Step 1

1. First, you need to bake the cake layers and let them cool completely. You can use absolutely any cake layers that you like.
- 2
Step 2

2. Make a hole in the center the size of the doll that will be used. Wrap the doll itself in plastic wrap beforehand. Trim the cake layers evenly so that the skirt is more proportional to the doll.
- 3
Step 3

3. For the buttercream, beat softened butter with condensed milk. If desired, you can also make a chocolate cream using chocolate, cream, and dry milk. However, you may choose any other cream according to your taste. Prepare the fillings you are going to use.
- 4
Step 4

4. Cut the tall cakes in half, spread each layer with cream, add berries or fruits, and sprinkle with nuts. The filling can be any of your choice.
- 5
Step 5

5. Next, use the cake trimmings. Cut them into small pieces, dip them in the cream on all sides, and arrange them neatly to form a tidy "skirt" around the doll. Press firmly with your hands at the end and cover all sides with cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cream to set properly.

Step 6

6. When the cream has completely set, it's time for the most exciting part — decoration. Take the marshmallow, place it on a plate, and melt it in the microwave (15-20 seconds). Then add powdered sugar and knead the fondant.
- 7
Step 7

7. The ready-made marzipan can be divided into several parts, adding a few drops of food coloring to make the cake brighter.
- 8
Step 8

8. Then roll out the fondant thinly and carefully attach it to the "skirt".
- 9
Step 9

9. From the leftover marzipan after rolling out the sheet, cut out various decorations. Dip a brush in water, lightly moisten the back of the decorations, then attach them to the skirt.
- 10
Step 10

10. Next—let your imagination take over. Refrigerate the finished cake for several hours before serving.
