Cake
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Of course, I can't say this is the easiest cake recipe of its kind, but this treat is definitely worth it! Delicious, tender, and juicy thanks to the fruits. By the way, the combination of kiwi and strawberries is very tasty and successful—I recommend it to everyone. And the chocolate, along with the tenderness of the cake layers, will perfectly complement this wonderful ensemble. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

1. First, prepare the dough. Rub the yolks with 0.5 cup of sugar separately, and beat the egg whites with the other half of the sugar. Mix the flour with starch, cocoa, and baking powder, then sift into the yolk mixture. Add the beaten egg whites and mix everything together. Bake one large cake for 40 minutes (190°C), let it cool completely, then cut it into three layers.

Step 2

2. While the cake layers are baking, wash, dry, and finely chop our fruits.

Step 3

3. To make the cream, dissolve the gelatin and mix it with the cream. Then add the cottage cheese and sugar one after another, blending until smooth. Next, divide the cream into two parts. Add strawberries to one part, then spread this cream over the first cake layer.

Step 4

4. Cover with the second cake layer and spread the second part of the cream on top, this time with pieces of kiwi. Cover with the third cake layer.

Step 5

5. This is the beauty you'll end up with. Now all that's left is to decorate and let our little cake steep!

Step 6

6. I spread the remaining cream (without fruit) on top, and arranged the fruit slices in a circular pattern. We sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate on the sides and on top. Done!
