Cake
Description
The baking is simple and quick. For the "Kachok" cake, I used a double portion for the sponge. Usually, I bake it using six eggs. You can basically use any sponge cake recipe and fill it with any cream of your choice. However, the sponge should be baked on a rectangular baking tray so you can then cut out a figure or a bicep shape from it. This will result in a fairly large cake or several cakes, perfect for a big group. There's plenty of room for creativity here! Good luck, and serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
