Perfect for tea and coffee. The recipe for "Zhivoglot" cake comes from Czech cuisine. It's a fairly simple, yet very interesting baked treat with dried fruits. In this version, only prunes are used, but you can also add raisins or dried apricots if desired. The baked good is ready. Serve it at the table.

    3. The melted butter needs to be cooled and combined with the beaten eggs, constantly stirring to prevent the eggs from curdling.

    9. Add the nuts to the sour cream, then combine both mixtures. The cake batter is ready. It can be divided into 3 parts, each poured into a greased baking pan and placed in the oven. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until done.

    10. While the cake layer is baking, you can prepare the cream. For the homemade "Zhivoglot" cake, whipped butter with condensed milk is used.
