Cake in a multicooker
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. 1. The recipe for "Giraffe" cake in a multicooker is quite simple. First, cream softened butter with sugar. 2. Add 1 egg, baking powder (baking soda, neutralized), and cocoa. Mix well. 3. Gradually add sifted flour and knead until you get a soft dough. Place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 4. This time is enough to prepare the filling. Combine sour cream with sugar and sieved cottage cheese. Add starch and separately beaten 2 eggs. Mix thoroughly until smooth. 5. Take the chilled dough and place it into the greased multicooker bowl or one lined with parchment paper, forming high edges. Reserve a small piece of dough. Pour the filling into the center. 6. Cut the reserved dough into small pieces and place them on top, slightly pressing into the filling. 7. Bake the "Giraffe" cake in the multicooker on the "Baking" setting for about 100–120 minutes (depending on the appliance's power). 8. Transfer the finished cake onto a plate and let it cool completely. Then cut into portions. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
