
Jam and kefir cake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Despite its simplicity, the jam and kefir cake turns out surprisingly delicious, and the chocolate glaze gives it an amazing appearance. The cake is made with kefir, but kefir can be replaced with sour milk. Use any jam you prefer.
