Ingredients.

Peel the banana and mash it into a puree. Mix the banana puree, sour cream, and sugar.

Add the crackers. Mix and refrigerate for 4 hours—the crackers should soften.

Spread the mixture with the soaked fish crackers onto a plate and shape it into a cake.
