No-bake cookie cake with condensed milk
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. I rarely buy cakes from stores. The reason is simple: a really delicious store-bought cake costs much more than the tastiest homemade one. Plus, quality is always questionable since you never know what surprise the manufacturer might have in store. That's why I often make simple cakes that don't require long and tedious cooking by the stove, yet have excellent flavor. The baking is done. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Leave the butter aside for a short while so it softens slightly at room temperature. Mix the butter with condensed milk. Beat using a mixer until well combined. Delicious cream is ready!

Step 2

We set aside four spoons (tablespoons!) of this cream into another container. Add the cookies to the main cream mixture. Mix well so that each cracker is soaked.

Step 3

Form the cake and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then spread the remaining cream on top. Sprinkle again with cocoa powder (for decoration). Refrigerate the cake overnight.
