Liver Cake

Description

Perfect with tea and coffee. 600 grams of liver (pork, beef, chicken, etc.); 5 chicken eggs; 5 tablespoons of flour; pepper, salt to taste, you can add onion, mayonnaise. Grind the liver using a meat grinder, add all the aforementioned ingredients and fry the pancakes in sunflower oil in a round or square pan (if you want a specific shape for the product). Spread the pancakes with mayonnaise, sprinkling them with grated cheese (preferably hard varieties) and garlic (crushed or chopped – optional). Sprinkle the top layer with grated cheese
