Instructions
- 1
Step 1

If the jelly is in a block, it needs to be finely crumbled.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the jelly, eggs, flour, and baking soda extinguished with vinegar. Stir thoroughly. The batter will be slightly runny.
- 3
Step 3

If you can't manage to slice the baked cakes into layers, then divide the dough into two parts and bake each layer separately. To do this, pour the batter into a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer.

Step 4

One portion of dough yields two 25 cm diameter layers.
- 5
Step 5

While the cake layers are cooling, let's prepare the cream. For this, beat the sour cream with sugar. You can add a little vanilla sugar to the cream.
- 6
Step 6

Spread the cake layers with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate and coconut flakes on top. Refrigerate the cake for 2-3 hours, then serve.

Step 7

Here's the cake I got. If you have fresh berries, arrange them on the cake just before serving with tea. They will beautifully decorate this little masterpiece :)
