Jelly Cake

Pour the jelly with water according to the instructions on the package and refrigerate to set.

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and leave it to swell.

In a separate container, whisk the sour cream and condensed milk until smooth. Add the diluted gelatin.

Cut the set colored jelly into cubes and place them on the bottom of the mold.

Pour the jelly with the sour cream mixture.

Refrigerate the dessert overnight. The next day, carefully remove the dessert from the mold and serve.
