Cake from ready-made sponge cake layers
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The great thing about it is that each time you can make completely different cakes by using various berries or fruits. In this case, it's strawberries, which are quite sweet on their own, so I don't add too much sugar. As for the yogurt, you can also experiment by choosing different fruit-flavored or plain unsweetened varieties. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

1. You'll need the following ingredients to make this awesome cake. First, soak the gelatin in a small amount of water according to the instructions on the package.

2. Place the cake layer into a springform pan. For a more tender texture, I recommend soaking it. In this case, it's strawberry syrup, but you can make a simple sugar syrup, for example.

3. Blend about half of the berries with sugar in a blender. Add one-third of the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly. Pour into the mold and smooth the surface.

4. Place the second cake layer on top, which can also be soaked. Arrange the berries on it, either whole or pre-sliced.

5. Mix the remaining gelatin with the yogurt, stir, and carefully pour into the mold.

6. Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let it set properly.

7. Then carefully remove the sides and cut the cake into portion pieces.
