Cake
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Once you try making the "Ivashkin's Curls" cake at home, you'll want to make it constantly. It's very easy to prepare, especially in a multicooker, since you don't need to deal with baking layers and the oven each time. This dessert is suitable not only for everyday meals but also for festive occasions. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Add cocoa to one part. Grease the multicooker with oil and place the dough into the pot. Put the white dough on the bottom and the dark dough on top. Set the "baking" mode and wait. In my case, this process took 65 minutes.

2. This is the cake layer we got. There are two ways to handle it: you can cut it in half and spread cream between the layers, or you can tear it into small pieces (as per the classic recipe) to create "curls." That's exactly what I did: I tore (not cut) it into small pieces, dipped them in the cream with a fork, and piled them up.

Step 3

3. Top with cream and chocolate, then sprinkle with crushed nuts. Place the cake in the refrigerator for some time.

4. This is how it looked on my holiday table. The cake is not only beautiful but also very delicious.
