Cake
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. It's good to add nuts to the cake cream—it makes the flavor more distinctive. Roasted peanuts or walnuts work best. The cake looks beautiful when sliced, and even the most demanding sweet lovers will appreciate its taste. The light cream adds extra airiness.

Step 1

1. Few ingredients are needed to make the "Julia" cake at home. So, let's start by preparing the cake layers.
- 2
Step 2

2. Separate the yolks from the egg whites, then beat the egg whites with sugar. Only then add the yolks and mix. Add the mixture to the sifted flour and gently stir.
- 3
Step 3

3. Divide our mixture into 3 parts. Add cocoa to one part and send it to bake.
- 4
Step 4

4. In another one, place the beet juice and also put it into the mold and preheated oven.
- 5
Step 5

5. Leave the third part uncolored. Bake it as well at a temperature of 180 degrees.
- 6
Step 6

6. While the cake layers are baking, prepare the cream: beat the sugar and egg whites, place over a water bath and stir. Then beat again thoroughly and add vanilla sugar.
- 7
Step 7

7. We spread our cake layers with cream, and decorate the top using a piping bag. If you don't have time to bother with decoration, you can simply spread the cream and sprinkle with crumbs. I often use cookies for this.
