There is no need to roll out numerous layers. It is enough to bake one layer, prepare the easiest of all creams by mixing powdered sugar with sour cream, and consider the job done. Despite its simplicity, the cake turns out amazingly tender and tasty. The pastry is ready. Serve it to the table.

Prepare the cake batter. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.
