Hawaiian Cake

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. For me, Hawaiian cake is associated with vibrant cocktails, sunshine, and sweet pineapples. So our cake will be bright and cheerful. I highly recommend decorating it with the sweet cocktail cherries used in drinks, though of course you can do without them since we'll have juicy pineapples! This cake is great because you can make it all year round, as it uses canned pineapples. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
