Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. For this cake, you will need any fresh or canned fruits you like. Berries also work wonderfully. You can use either colored fruit jelly or plain food gelatin. To find out. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Place the sugar and margarine into a small saucepan, then add the raw eggs. Set the saucepan over a water bath and continuously stir the ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add a spoonful of baking soda.

Remove the saucepan from the double boiler and add a couple of cups of flour to it. Mix thoroughly. When the mixture has cooled, add the remaining flour and knead the dough.

Roll out the dough into two thin layers, previously dividing it into two equal parts. Then bake the layers by placing them on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until they turn golden brown.

Divide each cake layer into two parts. Prepare the custard cream. To do this, mix milk with sugar in a saucepan, add raw chicken eggs, bring the mixture to a boil, and add a pack of butter. Mix everything thoroughly.

For the butter cream, mix soft butter with condensed milk. Spread the cake layers with the custard cream and refrigerate the cake for an hour.

Brush the sides of the cooled cake with buttercream, decorate with wafer rolls and tie with a ribbon to keep the cake from falling apart. Then dissolve the jelly. Decorate the top of the cake with fruits and pour with the prepared jelly. Refrigerate the cake for a couple of hours to set.
