Description

When you walk into a store and see all those cakes shaped like cartoon characters, your eyes light up and you immediately think there's no way you could ever recreate something like that yourself. But I assure you, that's not true—put in a little effort, and you can make a wonderful cake at home for your child. Today I want to share with you my recipe for an "Angry Birds" cake that I made for my niece. She absolutely adores those cute little birds, so she was thrilled with this cake, which is also incredibly tender and sweet. It's the perfect gift for a child, so gather the necessary ingredients and let me show you how to make an "Angry Birds" cake. Serve it with tea or coffee.

Instructions

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Step 1

Mix the flour, 200 g of sugar, and 5 eggs, beat for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes light and airy. Line a baking form with parchment paper and pour in the biscuit batter. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. For the custard cream, mix 2 eggs, 200 g of sugar, 3 tablespoons of flour, and 150 ml of milk. In a separate container, bring the remaining milk to a boil, then combine it with the prepared mixture. Return to heat and cook until thickened, then add chocolate at the end. For the buttercream, beat 300 g of butter with condensed milk until light and fluffy. Once the biscuit has cooled, remove it from the form and cut into 3 layers. Soak each layer with a mixture of strawberry jam and water. Spread each layer with the custard cream, and cover the sides with the buttercream. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
