Two-tier cake
Description
The baking is simple and quick. The two-tier cake may sink, so for safety, you can place a round wafer cake board between the two layers. If you have colored fondant, you can decorate the cake more elaborately. I prefer simple decoration, since not everyone can achieve a smooth, professional look at home, so it's better to keep it simple. Use ready-made cake decorations, as there are plenty available now. Good luck! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
