No-bake cake
Description
The dessert is easy and quick to prepare. The cake is simple to make, but requires time for the cookies to soak through and become juicy. You can soak the cookies in milk, fruit juice, tea, or coffee. Add any berries or fruits, or use just cottage cheese. The finished cake can be decorated with chocolate glaze.
