Cake for a child
Description
The baking process is simple and quick. 1. First, you need to bake a sponge cake. Melt the butter, add milk, and mix thoroughly. 2. In a separate bowl, beat raw chicken eggs with sugar and vanilla until pale. Add this mixture to the butter and milk. 3. Sift flour and mix it with baking powder and cocoa. Carefully, one spoonful at a time, add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, gently stirring until smooth. 4. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it. 5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the sponge cake for 40–50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. 6. Let the baked sponge cool, then cut it into portions to shape the dinosaur's body, legs, head, and tail. 7. Now prepare the frosting. Melt white chocolate, then add soft butter, cheese, lemon juice, and green food coloring (optional). Mix the ingredients with a mixer at low speed. 8. Arrange the cake pieces in the shape of a dinosaur. Spread the frosting over them, using two-thirds of the mixture. Place the cake in the refrigerator for one hour. 9. Transfer the remaining frosting into a piping bag and pipe "stars" all over the dinosaur. 10. Use candy-coated chocolates and marshmallows for the eyes, jelly candies for claws, and wafers for spikes. Let your imagination run wild during decoration. If desired, serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
