Cake in a frying pan
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Of course, I can't say this is a classic version of the "Turtle" cake cooked on a skillet— as far as I know, the traditional one is made with sponge cake layers and decorated with kiwi. However, my version of the "Turtle" cake on a skillet is much quicker and easier—you can actually prepare it in the morning and delight your family with an original breakfast. I wish you successful cooking! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth. Add flour and knead the dough until it resembles pancake batter.

Step 2

2. Now bake the pancakes on a lightly greased pan. I also added baking powder, so they turned out so fluffy.

Step 3

3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Mix with sour cream and pour over the pancakes stacked in a pile. If you're not lazy, you can spread the mixture between each pancake individually.

Step 4

4. You can make the turtle's legs and head from the remaining pancakes, or use oatmeal cookies instead. Use your imagination!
