Sandwich Cake with Fish
Description
I strongly recommend making a sandwich cake with fish — a very attractive appetizer for a festive table, and decorating it lets you show your creativity! The cake turns out very delicate, with a bright fishy and creamy flavor. Note that for this cake the bread used as layers must be stale, so it is easier to slice into layers and does not get soggy from the filling. To decorate the cake, use sliced lemon, cucumber, olives, lettuce leaves, and fish. Serve with herbs and sauce.
