No-bake cake in 15 minutes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The taste of this cake directly depends on the quality and flavor of the cookies. Crispbread cookies work best. Choose thin and light ones—they will soak up the liquid faster and yield a better texture. You can decorate this cake however you like. The dessert is ready. Serve it at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Beat cream cheese at room temperature with half of the powdered sugar until fluffy. You can add vanilla flavor to taste if your cookies are not very aromatic.
- 3
Step 3

Whip half of the cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix with the cheese using a spatula, trying to retain as much volume as possible.
- 4
Step 4

Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. To help the paper lie flat, moisten it slightly and gently squeeze out the excess water. Place a layer of cookies. Cover with a thin layer of cream.
- 5
Step 5

Repeat the alternating layers of cookies and cream. Finish with a layer of cookies on top.
- 6
Step 6

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate. The soaking time depends on the thickness and airiness of the cookies. Minimum one hour; for best results, you can leave the pan in the refrigerator overnight.
- 7
Step 7

Remove the soaked cake from the refrigerator and from the mold. Whip the remaining cream with the leftover powdered sugar into a fluffy frosting. Cover the cake on top and on the sides.
- 8
Step 8

All that's left is to decorate the cake with fresh fruits to your taste and preference. The edges of the cake can be sprinkled with coconut flakes or nuts.
- 9
Step 9

Serve immediately at the table. This cake is especially delicious when chilled.
- 10
Step 10
