No-bake pineapple cake

In my opinion, this no-bake pineapple cake is very affordable and easy to prepare at home. 1. Take the pineapples out of the can, slightly dry them or pat them with paper towels. Pour the juice into a separate bowl.

2. Pour the milk into a plate and place it next to the pineapple syrup. Whip the sour cream with 1-2 tbsp of sugar.

3. Now line the bottom of the pot with plastic wrap and place the pineapple pieces on the bottom.

4. Dip each cookie first into the syrup, then into the milk. Place them in a single layer over the pineapple and spread sour cream on top.

5. Repeat in the same sequence until all ingredients are used up. The last layer should be dry cookies, without any soaking. Cover with plastic wrap, place under a weight, and refrigerate overnight.
