Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This excellent jelly cake makes a great option for a low-calorie cottage cheese dessert! Of course, you can arrange the peaches in any way you like, not necessarily in the shape of a rose, but believe me, this cake looks especially impressive thanks to the beautifully arranged fruit and the alternating layers. You can add dried fruits, condensed milk, or other ingredients to taste, but I strongly recommend following this recipe as the cake turns out incredibly delicious. The finished dessert can be served immediately.

    3. For the cottage cheese layer, blend the cottage cheese with sour cream using a blender, then add sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture well until fully dissolved.

    4. Dissolve the swollen gelatin by stirring over a water bath, but do not bring it to a boil. Add the gelatin to the cottage cheese mixture and pour it over the already sufficiently set base. Refrigerate for 1.5–2 hours.

    5. For the top layer, slice the peach into thin wedges and carefully arrange them in the shape of a rose on the set cheese layer. Let the remaining gelatin bloom in 3 tablespoons of warm water, then dissolve it over a water bath without bringing to a boil, and add it to the warmed juice. Stir and pour this mixture over the final layer.
