No-bake cake made from rolls
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Here is a simple and original recipe for a no-bake cake made with Swiss rolls. Actually, you can even buy ready-made rolls of different flavors, use a crust made of butter and crackers instead of a shortbread base, and replace the filling with anything you like—any topping, condensed milk, or jam. Feel free to experiment, but I'll just explain how to make a no-bake Swiss roll cake. Serve it warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Let's make the pudding. Dissolve the contents of the packet in 4 tablespoons of milk, add sugar and mix well. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan until boiling, then remove from heat. Gradually pour in the dissolved pudding mixture, stirring constantly. Return to the heat, bring to a boil and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and let cool.

3. Spread out the biscuit dough base, generously spread with chocolate paste, and roll into a log. Cut into many small, equal-sized rolls. Spread a thin layer of pudding over the shortcrust base and arrange the rolls on top.
