No-bake cookie and cottage cheese cake
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use the simplest cookies, such as "Tea Time," "Sugared," or "School," for the cake. They soften easily and become incredibly tender. Meanwhile, the butter-based cream sets well, resulting in a rich and delicious dessert. Serve it warm or chilled—perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Measure and prepare the ingredients. Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so it can soften.
- 2
Step 2

Take a mixer. Combine the cottage cheese with sugar, cocoa, and butter. Use the mixer to blend the mixture until a smooth cream forms. If the cottage cheese is very dry, you can add a couple of tablespoons of milk.
- 3
Step 3

The cream is ready; it should not be too dry, but it also shouldn't spread. Since I used homemade cottage cheese, you can see little grains in the cream.
- 4
Step 4

Let's start assembling the cake. Prepare a flat plate right away. Pour the milk into a bowl. Dip each cookie into the milk for a couple of seconds, then place it onto the plate.
- 5
Step 5

Generously spread each layer with cream.
- 6
Step 6

Place another layer of cookies on the cream, continue until you run out of ingredients.
- 7
Step 7

Decorate the top of the cake with cookie crumbs, nuts, grated chocolate, etc. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
