Banana Cake

Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Peel the bananas, slice them into thin rounds, and place them on the bottom of a fairly deep mold. Arrange the crackers on top. Whip the sour cream, gradually adding sugar, until a stable fluffy mass forms. Spread the sour cream over the crackers and smooth it out. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Place the chilled cake onto a serving dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater, mix with shredded coconut, and sprinkle over the top and sides of the cake. It can be served with tea or coffee.
