Cheesecake soufflé with cherries

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Nothing is easier than making a soufflé cake! Especially since these cakes don't need to be baked. You can take a ready-made sponge cake, slice it, and pour over a cottage cheese cream, adding chopped fruits or berries. I highly recommend using cherries, as they provide a pleasant tartness and stand out in the sweet soufflé. You can prepare a white sponge cake and make the cottage cheese cream chocolate-flavored—it will look very beautiful. Serve with tea or coffee.
