5. Cool the prepared crust and place it into a springform pan. Additionally, make edges from parchment paper for baking. The crust can be soaked with sweet syrup or coffee.

6. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with powdered sugar. Whip the mascarpone and combine it with the yolks.

7. Separately beat the egg whites and soak 3 sheets of gelatin. Add the egg whites, gelatin, and liqueur to the mascarpone. Mix everything gently.

8. Place the mousse into a mold, smooth it out, and refrigerate for a couple of hours until it sets properly.

9. Soak the remaining gelatin in a small amount of water for the glaze. Combine cocoa, sugar, cream, and water. Place over heat and warm through. Remove from heat, add chocolate and gelatin. Mix thoroughly.
