Jerusalem artichoke in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Serve baked Jerusalem artichoke with tomato or creamy sauce. This dish makes an excellent substitute for baked potato or other roasted vegetables. Serve the Jerusalem artichoke warm, optionally with fresh herbs. Thanks to the honey used in the recipe, it develops a beautiful glossy color and a golden crust. Serve hot.
