Thin unleavened dough
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You still don't know, the pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Sift the high-grade wheat flour into a bowl. It's better to do this twice to make the dough more elastic. Choosing high-quality flour is very important, as it determines the success of the final result.
- 2
Step 2

Pour clean drinking water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour into a glass and measure the required amount of liquid. Add salt and stir thoroughly until it dissolves completely.
- 3
Step 3

Pour water into the flour while it is still hot. Add two tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the ingredients with a fork. Do this carefully so that the dough doesn't form lumps. Add water or flour as needed.
- 5
Step 5

Knead a smooth, uniform dough. Roll it into a ball. Cover the dough in a bowl with a towel and let it rest at room temperature for about twenty minutes to allow the necessary gluten to develop. The dough can be prepared in advance and stored in the freezer.
