
Thin crepes
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The yeast-free dough made with milk or water results in thin crepes. All ingredients must be thoroughly mixed before starting to cook. Serve crepes immediately after preparation. They can be filled with sweet, meat, or cheese fillings, or prepared with sauce. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Place the flour, eggs, milk, 3 tablespoons of melted butter, and salt into the blender bowl. Blend thoroughly until smooth.

2. Heat a frying pan and grease it with butter.

3. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan and tilt the pan in different directions to spread the batter evenly across the surface.

4. Fry on one side for about 30 seconds.

5. Flip the crepe and cook on the other side for 20-30 seconds.

6. Remove the crepe from the pan and transfer to a plate. Fry the remaining ones and serve.
