Thin pancakes with kefir
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. You can use kefir of any fat content to make these pancakes. This time I used 3.2%. We'll also need boiled water. See the recipe below. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Whisk together kefir, flour, egg, salt, and sugar.
- 2
Step 2

Then dissolve the baking soda in half a cup of boiling water and add this mixture to the dough. Mix well. If the dough seems too thick, you can add a little more water.
- 3
Step 3

Let the dough rest for a few minutes (3-5 minutes). Meanwhile, place a skillet on the stove and heat it up. When the dough has "rested," add vegetable or olive oil.
- 4
Step 4

Mix well. The batter is ready. You can start frying.
- 5
Step 5

Fry on a preheated pan on both sides until golden brown. Add a little oil if they start to burn.
- 6
Step 6

Thin pancakes made with kefir are ready.
