Thin yeast pancakes
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Pancakes can be served with a filling: berries, fruits, cottage cheese, meat, mushrooms, vegetables, and other fillings. You can use dry or fresh yeast. If you don't have a special pancake pan, cook on a skillet with a thick bottom (cast iron). Serve cooled or slightly warm.
